Cook 16 oz Spaghetti, broken into small pieces according to package directions, drain
1 medium onion
16 oz mushrooms
2 Tbsp garlic

In a large saucepan sauté onions in olive oil, add mushrooms and garlic.
2 c chicken broth
1 c Half and Half cream
1 tsp seasoning salt
3 cans cream of mushroom soup

To the onion mixture add broth, salt and soup.  Mix well then add and mix the remaining ingredients.
3 c cheddar cheese, shredded (reserve 1 c to spread on top)
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 (4 oz) jar of pimento peppers
6 c turkey cut up

Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 25-35 min.  Remove the cover and spread the remaining cheese.  Return to oven and bake until cheese melts.
